  • Please let us know WHICH APPLICATION you’re working in
  • If you’re having a problem with a specific campaign, please include the NAME OF THE CAMPAIGN that you’ve assigned it.
  • We try our best to translate languages other than English – but translation via Google Translate really helps
  • Please don’t send multiple requests about the same issue – it clogs up the system.
